My Story

There is value in sharing the keys of freedom that we gain in our life journey’s. No person can make it on their own, and when we become vulnerable and share our victories and our struggles, we are able to learn from each other and grow. So it is in this place of understanding where Belles Doodles began. I wanted to create a platform to share my story. A platform that offers tools which have worked to help me rise above the storms of life, and to fully embrace each moment.

This store was birthed as a first step to overcoming my own fear of failure and fear of the unknown. It is also a way to give my artwork a platform to impact people who are struggling emotionally and need encouragement. I want it to be something that everyone gets to enjoy and be inspired by.

It has taken me ages to build the confidence to be able to publicly do something with my creativity. However, being passionate about helping people far outweighs any personal fears I have. I have learned that courage does not mean to be fearless. However it does mean that you push past fear and choose to rise up to do that thing, even if it means doing it afraid.

Being creative meant that I could give life to vision that was encouraging me. And if it works for me, it may be exactly what you need to help you find daily inspiration too :) Positive affirmations help to renew your mind and put you on the path to believing what you are, and what you are truly capable of.

I don't want to live an ordinary life, just getting by. I want to be used to impact others, and to live the abundant life that I know God has prepared for me - and so should you!
