Kindness is defined as being friendly, generous and considerate. And there's something about being kind to other people that feeds your soul. Putting others needs before your own and selflessly choosing to build into the life of someone else in need.

This piece came to mind when I was meditating on what kindness could look like in different circumstances.  There were many ideas that began to flood my mind, but the bottom line of each of them was to reach out to someone in need.
